Trendsetter was wonderful - now terrible

I have bought Trendsetter in gradient charcoal for some years now and have 8 good wigs. Now the quality is really bad. It is not wavy any more, not spiky any more and is much thinner with no bounce or body. I buy regularly fro. Voguewigs.com and they have accepted my return and tried to get better ones for me. To no avail. What have your u done to the lovely wig you once made?
