We fully understand that shopping can be a challenge, and at times a customer receives their wig and it is not suitable. This could be due to style, colour choice or size.
When you receive your wig, it is very important to handle it carefully until you are sure it will work for you. Please do not remove any tags until you are 100% happy and certain you are keeping the wig. If you are not happy with the product for any reason, please notify us immediately by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or telephone (1-844-367-9947), so that we may start the process to find you a replacement as quickly as possible. You have 10 days from the date you received the product to return it to us. Also, please keep in mind not all products are eligible for return or exchange as per the details below:
• Tags Attached
• In its original box, wrapping, net, etc.
• Original invoice to accompany return
• Clearance Items (always a final sale)
• Discounted Items (always a final sale)
• Care Accessory Products, Liquids, Wig Stands, Brushes, etc.
You are responsible for all shipping charges when returning a product or ending it back for exchange.
Once First Lady Wigs receives your return, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
Within Canada, all orders over $99.00 (before taxes) are shipped via Standard Post FREE of charge. Depending on where you are located, it will take 3-7 business days to receive your order.
